Ordinary email is not encrypted from end to end, and tax documents carry exactly the information identity thieves look for. The portal and our secure upload links encrypt your files in transit and store them where only your team can reach them.
You ask for a link here. Once your team confirms the request, a link is emailed to the address we already have on file for you, from verus@thesbacpa.com. It works only for that request and expires after a set period, so there is no standing link for anyone else to find.
Check your spam or junk folder for a message from our thesbacpa.com address first. If nothing arrives within one business day, call your office. We send links only to the email address on file, so if yours has changed, let us know by phone.
Our upload links always come from a thesbacpa.com address and lead to a Microsoft 365 page bearing our name. We will never ask for documents through a text message or a link from another domain. When in doubt, call us before you upload anything.
