Our brands and affiliates

SBA CPA has grown by bringing established local practices into one firm. Some still serve clients under their own names, and all of them share SBA CPA's team, systems and depth across tax, accounting, payroll and advisory work.

Why one firm with several names?

When a well-regarded local practice joins SBA CPA, its clients often have years of history with the name on the door. Where it helps clients, we keep that name. Behind it, every brand shares the same firm: one set of standards, the same technology and access to specialists in tax, payroll, assurance, virtual CFO work and mergers and acquisitions that a small practice could not support on its own.

Operations partner: Battle Born and Company

Some owners need help that goes beyond accounting: someone on the ground to deal with licensing, leases and floor plans, vendors, marketing and the many details of opening or running a physical business. For that, SBA CPA partners with Battle Born and Company, an independent business operations group. Battle Born works one-on-one with owners of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, breweries, retail stores and other businesses that operate from a physical space, whether they are starting from scratch or adjusting an established concept. Their operations work and our financial work fit together naturally, particularly in hospitality.
